2007 Mazda MAZDA3 i Sport 4-Door

Safe good gas mileage needs work if you want it perfect, but good enough to drive to Los Angeles tomorrow (and the next 2 days) with no breakdowns. Read to end for exact problem report. 20078 Mazda i-Sport 2.0 liter 4 cylinder, automatic, power sunroof, alloy wheels, air, power windows/locks/mirrors, tilt, & telescopic steering wheel, cruise control, fold-down rear seats, Am/ FM/ CD. Car history shows one accident in 2013 but not major, has clean title. Runs fine-good engine and transmission, suspension, brakes, power options, tires all work fine. Here is a complete list of issues, which I have pictured: Paint looks good from 20 feet away, but clear coat is going. Rust hole in right rocker panel and in left dogleg (cosmetic, not structural). Exhaust leak at flex pipe, rear exhaust hanger broken (rattles). Air does not blow cold. Has vibration at idle (usual Mazda 3 problem- front motor mount weak), Rarely starts in Park, always in neutral (probably bad neutral safety switch. I have had it up to 80 on the interstate and it cruises fine, and driven it around town with no issues that stop the car from its job..
